Acceptance of Terms
By registering for an account, scheduling an appointment, or otherwise using the PSA Online Appointment platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian to use this service. You represent and warrant that all information you provide during registration and appointment scheduling is accurate, current, and complete.
Account Registration & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@psaonlineappointment.com if you suspect unauthorized access or security breaches.
Appointment Scheduling & Management
Appointments are subject to availability and official PSA office capacity. You may reschedule or cancel appointments through your account dashboard, provided you do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Failure to attend without cancellation may result in temporary service restrictions.
Service Limitations & Disclaimers
PSA Online Appointment Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of accuracy, reliability, or timeliness. We do not guarantee appointment slots, processing times, or document issuance. For official clarifications, contact the Philippine Statistics Authority directly.
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, trademarks, and software on this site are the property of Legal or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the site without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legal and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the PSA Online Appointment Services, including but not limited to data loss, service interruption, or errors in appointment scheduling.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Metro Manila.
